The Hastings is Bausch and Lombs finest. The lens is highly corrected. Three optical glass lenses are bonded together to form a 15.8mm diameter compound lens, which provides sharp, very distinct magnified images. The sides of the lenses are coated black to block out glare and the nickel-plated case protects the lens when not in use. Supplied with fabric pouch with pull cord.
Hastings Loupe (10X) : POA
Bausch and Lomb Coddington magnifiers stand second only to the Hastings triplets in their magnification quality and performance. Correction is achieved through the use of a single thick lens of optical glass with a central groove diaphragm. This provides a sharp, crisp image. The protective swing away case is nickel-plated. Supplied with fabric pouch with pull cord.
